I have a Bissell Cleanview Helix Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner. I ran over a cord with it and it messed up the spinning. Now when I turn the vacuum on, it doesnt spin… so it doesnt vacuum anymore. Is this fixable? I went on the bissell website and they have a lot of parts, I just don’t know which parts I need to replace. Please help if you have had this problem and fixed it!

Look for a re-set button. It may have stopped because of running over a cord, just a safety feature.
Many vacuums are driven by belts, check to see if your belt fell off. It should be okay to take off the cover (you may need a screwdriver) and look inside for obvious problem. Good luck.
i agree that it’s usually the belt is broken. take the bottom apart where the belt goes and i’m sure you’ll find the belt is missing or broke. most of the belts can be purchased at any good hardware store. you’ll need the make and model number when you go.
