It’s a product called “Blue Luster” carpet cleaner. We haven’t used it lately but when we did, it worked great, it’s for a rented machine use, but we used it by just dripping it on the stain and brushing with a stiff scrub brush and letting it dry. Good luck
hoover heated steam cleaner….it is the only one that I know of that heats the hot water that you add to it. Mine works quite well and I would recommend it for spot cleaning and whole carpet cleaning. I believe it is in your price range also. If you can, ask for a demostration from the store selling them. Good Luck!
Best on the market is the Bissel Pro. Costs about $ 200 in Costco or on sale elsewhere. It does a professional job on carpets and leaves them relatively dry. You will love the results after cleaning up from the puppy. Also they make a spot machine for about $ 160 that is easier to tote but does not clean large areas like the other one.
