Powerful Vacuum,
Pros:
the suction, very powerful, 12 amps
easy to clean dirt basket
HEPA filter, with a removable fabric piece for easy cleaning
sturdy construction
good hose
cleans the whole house well, even with dog hair and two cats worth of fur
Even though I gave this vacuum 5 stars, nothing is really perfect.
Cons:
the power cord is shorter than on my old vacuum, but will reach well enough in each room
the vacuum cleaner head is OK, the brush and rubber glide don’t go completely flat in carpet mode, so it’s harder to push on the rug (my old one is better and fits well)
the vacuum cleaner head also has little wheels on it that make it glide faster, but on my tile, the grout made those wheels swerve and miss spots if not careful
the wand was not what was shown in the picture; it came with two plastic rods, but they work fine
Even though I prefer my old vacuum cleaner head to this one, I would still use it and give this vacuum cleaner a good rating. However, I have mostly tile and wood flooring. If I had a lot of carpet, I would get something else. I love canister vacuums SO much better than uprights! I like to vacuum under things, beds, furniture, people’s feet 🙂
