I own a VAX V-045 upright bagless vacuum cleaner. All of a sudden, the bottom/base suction doesn’t work anymore. I use the hand held bit now to do all the cleaning. Can someone suggest me how to troubleshoot, change if a belt is broken or direct me to a repair manual? Thanks.
