Some people I know borrowed my vacuum and when I got it back I was vacuuming a room and when I turned it off I noticed none of it was in the place it should be! It came out of the hose instead and I had to clean it out. Any ideas on why that might be and how I can fix it? It’s only about a year old and it’s a Bissell ‘Power force Bagless.’ Who knows what they were vacuuming and hopefully it isn’t completely ruined!
It turns out I actually cleaned it out and it seems to be running great. The dirt was shoved so far up into a filter that the dirt had no place else to go but through the hose, not letting get into where it was supposed to be going! The people who had it just didn’t know how to empty it when needed, I suppose. Thank you anyways!
It is! — I had a bagless and soon the dust was coming out of the latch down top. I was shocked to finish vacuuming and notice the dust in the air thick enuf to see. Dump it, or take to a independant dealer to have it checked out.
