We had them install carpet throughout our whole house about 8 months ago. The seams where two pieces of carpet meet are showing bad all over the house, I filled up 10 vacuum bags full of pilling carpet (bought a bagless vacuum and STILL pick up wads of carpet), and wherever we have stepped looks like the carpet has been here for 5 years. We don’t wear shoes in our house either. We were charged over 00 for the whole ordeal..haven’t paid a dime yet, and don’t intend to until this is fixed. Anyone else have a similar situation and actually got positive results from the company?
we had them install lamenent installed and they never repaired the awfull install
