Can anyone recommend a good but cheap vacuum for carpet???

3

Hi, I have bought a few vacuumn throughout the years but I have yet to find one that works well on carpet. I usually pay around 50-80 bucks for one. I am not willing to pay over 80 bucks for one and honestly couldn’t afford more than that. I have 2 lil children at home and really need a vacuum that works with carpets, my current vacuum doesnt even suck up any of the carpet fuzz. I need one that is bagless and light.
Please advice!!

  1. I gotta tell ya, I absolutely adore my vacuum cleaner, and I only paid $79 for it, and I’ve actually seen it come down in price at Wal-mart by a few bucks since then. It’s called the Eureka Altima Bagless Upright, model 2950AV. It’s yellow and has an extendable duster on the side. This vacuum is bagless, has 3 filters to help keep your air clean–and 2 of those are washable–the other one lasts about a year and is about $9 to replace. The belt lasts for a long time and replacement ones are only $2 for package 2 of them. I was just using it just last night and someone in my home commented on what a fantastic job it does. I have cats that are very messy, and this vacuum does wonders on our floors. You wouldn’t regret this purchase. With the bagless system, you only need to empty out the easy-to-use canister. If it’s super dusty, you can always rinse it out with soapy water. If I needed a new vacuum, even if I had $400 to spend on a new vacuum, I’d just go out and get this one. It’s so efficient and so worth the money.

  2. Eureka has a good bagless vacuum. I replaced mine with a Dyson. I can’t say enough good things about Dyson’s. They have suction that no one else can come close to. They cost around $350-$400, but are worth every penny. Try to save up and invest in this one…….you won’t have to replace it for many, many years!
