Don’t know what your question is for sure, but most of those types of things are low quality and are pushed by experts on the infomercial. Big risk in my opinion. So the thing latches on to a frig that has well lubed wheels and drags it. So what? It’s not doing anything special. Save your money. Ask, "can I buy this thing at a discount store?" If the answer is no, then ask "why not?"
Just having to ask tells ya its not worth it, I mean i could pull a car with my teeth if the wheels rolled really smooth and easy!
