that is normal but after a few uses you should take out all the filters and the container and wash them all and let them dry. The more you do that, the better your cleaner will work and the longer it will last.
you could wash it once in a while, or wipe it down with a rag.
i have the same problem….. tap the canister on the side of the trash can … it should come out..
I had a bagless vacume and junked it and bought a bag one. I couldn’t stand all the dust that would fly all over when emptying the canaster and when cleaning the filter. WHAT A MESS! What good is a hepa filter when all the dust flys into the air when you empty it? Now I have a bag and have no dust!
