Okay first the belt broke so I replaced that and now it picks up. I vacuumed the whole living room and picks up okay. I’m tripping on this vacuum because now mind you this is a bagless bissell so normally after vacuming I dump a huge container of stuff in the trash. Well, I went to dump it after it picked up everything and there was NOTHING in the tray to dump! Where the heck is it going? and how do I fix this? help! help! help!
