Vacuum for a student: Bagged or bagless? Upright? Canister?

2

I am a student, so the amount of vacuuming I will do is minimal…I just have one carpeted room and a tile-floor kitchen.
Should I go with bagged? bagless? (which will be cheaper for me?) Upright or canister vacuum?

I don’t really care about the microcleaning technology, allergen protection…I’m a healthy young male and I just want something that is cheap, works well and won’t fail me. Thank you for your advice!!!

  1. if the floor is small try a broom called Sweepa, its made of rubber and it picks up dirt and hair better than a vacuum, there about 15.00 try coast to coast or best hardware for one also you can use the squeegee side to mop you kitchen
