empty it and clean or change the filter. Also check the hoses to make certain there isn’t a huge clog in it somewhere — possibly you sucked up something that is stuck.
Try cleaning the filter, if it still doesn’t work, return it, it may be faulty!
Check all the hoses for blockage. There should be one on the back of it and one underneath going to where the brush is.
Are you missing a sock? I’ll bet it’s stuck in the vacuum.
