This was bought in October of 2001. It was still brand new condition! (It was at another location and tucked in a closet/ hardly ever used!)
Ok, here’s the scoop. Took my Burgandy or Maroon colored vacuum to have a filter changed. They wanted to keep my vacuum. I agreed. When they finally called me and told me I could pick up my vacuum 5 weeks and 2 days later, they handed me back a different color vacuum .
They cannot produce the old filter and dirt cup that they supposively replaced.
My vacuum had Limited Edition written on the vacuum, this one they gave me now does not!

I never wrote down the serial #! (This will never happen again! LOL!)

Go to sears.com and put in the model number and I believe they will show you a picture of your machine. Good luck.
