i allways had the ones w/ bags…. bag is a filter too, i think they work better, cause the filters get clogged in the bagless! Reply
YES!!! I’ve owned a Hoover for about 1 year and it works perfectly. The last 2 vacuums i owned broke down in a few months but the Hoover has not lost any vacuuming power and never gave me any trouble. It is worth the money. Reply
