Bissell bagless vacuum problem Please Help

Hi. I am new here, and have been using the Bissell Power Track Cyclonic (stands upright) for a few years and it’s the extra large capacity (bagless with extra wide path). It’s kind of noisy, but over the last few weeks it’s been very loud. The filters are cleaned and the floor brush is too, often. However, there was a time when it was used to get up so much at once, and I don’t know what is wrong because after cleaning it’s filters, I don’t see a problem.

It’s the floor part that won’t work, and the attatchment does work and picks up fine (but you can’t always use it, or they say it could tear up your vacuum). However, at one point I did use it a bit. But, I’m not sure if that’s what’s the matter or not. All I can think of is that it got overloaded at some point–due to dust, and an awful lot of pet hair. Or, could it just be time to get rid of it? It was used before here, and that was 3 years ago. Why does the hose work fine, but the floor part won’t? Do I need to get inside it? How do I do that?

Please help, because I can’t afford a new one.

I even tried posting on the site, but It did not get a reply…please help.
