♥Babyboy due 3/23/10!! need help to clarify doubt about : Do I Have To Use Hoover Carpet Shampoo if I have a Hoover Shampooer?
My mom let me borrow her Hoover Steam Vac yesterday and she told me to only use Hoover carpet shampoo in it. I’m a broke college student and that stuff costs $ 20-30 a bottle. What would happen if I use a cheaper kind?

We promise not to tell her. I am sure any brand will be fine. It’s all basically the same, you just pay for the Hoover name.

the machine belongs to your mom, have enough respect to use as directed, she may have a good reason for it.
I have the same shampooer and i use resolve carpet cleaner in mine and it’s only about $ 9.00 a bottle and works alot better,[w/the hoover brand cleaner i have to go over a spot 2-3 times!]
